Looking to exchange an item? We do our best to process exchanges within 7 business days. Because we make everything by hand, we get backlogged during peak seasons and sales and it may take longer to complete if we are out of stock.

We will gladly accept returns within 60 days of your purchase or delivery date. 

PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to accept returns on customized garments. Please confirm all details of the garment with our retail staff before ordering a custom garment. Limited & Sustainability Edition items may have their own return & exchange period, please check product page before purchase to confirm.

Please carefully package your item(s) and return in original box or bag with return form. Please include complete contact information. Items cannot be returned and refunds cannot be processed without it. For exchanges or returns on items purchased in-store, our retail staff will contact you for further information once the item is received.

If a package is significantly delayed by the carrier, please contact us. We will watch the package progress and do anything in our power to get the items to you!

Limited Edition exceptions:

WinterBirch Limited Edition items will be eligible for returns or exchanges up to 60 days after the item has shipped. Please contact us with any questions.

Hockey Day MN items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please confirm your correct size before purchasing. Please contact us with any questions.

Sustainability Edition exceptions:

Sustainability Edition items are eligible for return or exchange up to 60 days while supplies last. If we run out of fabric or other limited materials, we will not be able to process exchanges unless the desired item is in stock. Please contact us with any questions.

Our Guarantee

We test our products in all conditions to make sure they’ll perform for you. If you are not satisfied, we want to know. We will refund, replace or repair any Wintergreen Northern Wear garments with a flaw or defect in craftsmanship or materials for one year after purchase or delivery. Damage due to normal wear and tear may be repaired at a reasonable charge. Please contact us for more information.

Gift cards, custom garments & garments with added fur ruffs are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
