DELIVERY
All in stock items ship within two business days of receipt. Out of stock items are shipped as soon as they are sewn. Expedited orders must be received by Noon CST for same day shipping.

ALTERATIONS
If you would like alterations after you have tried on your Wintergreen made garment, please call. We are happy to do them if we can and will advise you of the costs.  You can contact us at 218-365-6602.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
No problem. Just fill out the exchange/return form that came with your order and send it back UPS or insured US Mail within 30 days. We’ll take care of the rest. Returns presented without a receipt will be exchanged for merchandise only. Custom orders are non-refundable.

GIFT CARDS
We have Gift Cards available in any denomination, and will mail to you or to your gift recipient with a personalized note and our current catalog at no extra charge.
