For the Polar Explorer Wintergreen® offers Expedition Plunge Mitts. Warm, weatherproof and easy to plunge hands in and out. Features two removable 8.5 oz. Polartec® Wind Pro® fleece liners (one fits in the other and attaches to the shell with Velcro®.) The outer shell is 3-ply nylon reinforced in the palm with Slip-Not® grip pad. The flared gauntlet cuff is heavy 1000-denier Cordura® and holds its shape as jacket sleeves slide in. An elastic drawcord closes the windskirt with one hand. Adjustable strap on back of wrist assures fit. Embroidered trim accents the cuffs and detachable chest strap. A patch of Polartec® Wind Pro® on the back awaits cold noses.
